Kimberly Garcia

Kimberly L. Garcia, PhD, LPC, ACS, NBCC - CEO and Founder

Dr. Garcia offers a warm, welcoming space to help you explore what’s beneath the surface, manage stress, and build emotional resilience for meaningful, lasting change. She specializes in supporting individuals with ADHD, anxiety, and OCD. She also provides compassionate, evidence-based care for reproductive trauma and loss, including infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth, so healing can feel possible and grounded in understanding.



Lauren Mazzanna




Lauren Mazzanna - MA, LAC, LAPC

Lauren brings experience from private practice, intensive in-community services, and partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs. She works with children, couples, and adults, tailoring her approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. Drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, Lauren supports clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, building self-esteem, emotion regulation, ADHD, stress management, and life transitions. Lauren is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Britanny - Intern 

Britanny is a counseling intern who is bilingual, offering sessions in both English and Spanish. She works with college students navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, academic stress, and life transitions. Britanny is passionate about helping young adults build effective coping skills, find balance, and move through their college journey with greater confidence and clarity.



Shanell

Shanell - Intern 

Shanell is a counseling intern who offers a warm and supportive space for clients to feel safe and understood. She enjoys working with young adults navigating depression, low self-esteem, stress, and life transitions. Shanell takes a collaborative approach, helping clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
