Random Acts of Kindness Week

Random Act of Kindness week is this month from Sunday, February 9, to Saturday, February 15. This includes Random Act of Kindness Day which falls on Monday, February 17.   • Offer to help somebody in need without them asking for help.

  • Complement someone you know or a stranger.

  • Check in with friends and family to chat.

  • Pick up garbage to help clean up our environment.

  • Volunteer or donate money to an organization that has meaning to you.

  • Write a positive note to someone at work or school.

  • Comment positive things on social media.

  • Donate goods to a shelter or organization in need.

  • Share positive memories with friends and family.

  • Support a local business or restaurant in town

  • Share uplifting messages to others in your community or online

  • Find ways to make kindness the norm in your community and everyday life
